Coaching psychology is about supporting behavioural change. Using practical and proven techniques I support clients in creating their own success in life and in their careers.

Some of the techniques used in coaching psychology come from clinical, counselling and organisational psychology.

As a Coaching Psychologist I focus on supporting my clients by helping them set clear goals and constructively challenge their beliefs and assumptions which prevent them from reaching their full potential. Together we find another path to follow in support of building a happier, more successful or satisfying life while reducing stress significantly. 

I am here to help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential. Therefore, I tend to take a fairly 'no-nonsense' approach with my clients in order to get tasks done so that they can reap the benefits faster (it also happens to be my approach to life in general!). If you tend to procrastinate with tasks that's not a problem, I will work with you to establish ways to get over your bad habits and develop better habits throughout your lifestyle.

Whether that's giving an important presentation in work or learning to overcome perfectionist tendencies, I help clients to eliminate the discrepancies between actual performance and desired performance.

Learning how to communicate effectively and the subtle art of persuasion doesn't come naturally to everyone. Sometimes asking for a raise in work, commanding trust from employees, or simply having the ability to communicate information effectively and efficiently to others is more difficult that it needs to be. I will teach you practical and powerful methods of communication so that you gain the confidence to communicate to anyone at any level.
